Lisa Fedele of Uxbridge was happy with what she and business partner Randa Tadros of Mississauga had accomplished since starting their Cherished Scrapbooks store in June, 2001. Winning the Mississauga Board of Trade's 2002 Sam McCallion Small Business Community Involvement Award is unexpected icing on the cake.
